The Auction Process...

In partnership with Pattinsons, we’ll enter your property into a unique auction cycle with a fixed end date. Together, we’ll agree on an attractive starting bid to generate interest, along with an undisclosed reserve price. Once everything is in place, your property will be marketed immediately through our online bidding platform and all leading property portals, helping you reach a wide audience of motivated buyers.

Step 1 : Book Your Free Valuation

Start by arranging a free, no-obligation valuation with our team. Our valuers will talk you through the auction process and discuss whether it’s the right option for your property. We’ll then liaise with our auction partners, Pattinsons, to help guide you through the next steps.

Step 2 : Set a Reserve Price

Pattinsons will be in touch to agree a minimum sale price that you’re comfortable with, giving you confidence that your property won’t sell for less than your agreed figure.

Step 3 : Prepare Your Listing

We’ll take care of the photography, floorplans and marketing of your property across major property portals. Through our partnership with Pattinsons, your property will also feature on their auction platform, helping it reach the widest possible audience of potential buyers.

Step 4 : Launch and Market

Your property will be showcased to a wide network of registered buyers, reaching audiences both locally and across the UK.

Step 5 : Bidding and Sale

Follow the bidding in real time as offers come in. Once you accept an offer, the buyer is required to pay non-refundable fees, creating a financial commitment to proceed with the purchase at the agreed price and providing greater security and confidence in your sale.

Step 6 : Completion

The buyer must complete within timescales of 28 or 56 days, or a lengthier completion if more agreeable.
